Arrests

Charles David Wheeler, 45, Homeless, was arrested on July 31, and charged with two counts of probation violation.

Justin Eric Woodward, 29, of 905 Hwy 61, Cartersville, was arrested on July 31, and charged with 3 counts of forgery in the 1st degree, and theft by taking. Bond has been set at $13,000.

Kriss Allan Germann, 46, Homeless, was arrested on July 31, and charged with probation violation. German was released on his own recognizance.

James David Richard, 25, of 501 Pope Creek Road, Wildwood, was arrested on July 31, and charged with two counts of deposit account fraud, probation violation, and bench warrant.

Dale Wesley Hullender, 51, of 839 Hullender Road, Ringgold, was arrested on July 31, and charged with manufacturing Methamphetamines, trafficking in Methamphetamines, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of Schedule II drugs, and possession of altered Ephedrine. Hullender was released on a $20.000 bond.

Paula Michelle Spivey, 30, of 145 Chandler Road. Lot 8, LaFayette, was arrested on Aug. 3, and charged with entering an auto, loitering and prowling, and 2 counts of obstructing law enforcement officers. Bond has been set at $10,000.

Joseph Herbert Reich, 43, of 305 Ardis Loop lot 35, Ringgold, was arrested on Aug. 3, and charged with two counts of probation violation.

Shawn Alan McCullough, 28, of 405 Hamilton Drive, Chickamauga, was arrested on Aug. 3, and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of Marijuana less than an oz. Bond has been set at $7,000.

Robert Perry Foster, 42, of 136 South Center St., Rossville, was arrested on Aug. 3, and charged with bribery, and possession of Schedule III drugs. Foster was released on a $20,000 bond.

Vicente Estrella Jr., 33, of 28 Tin Can Lane, Rossville, was arrested on Aug. 3, and charged with theft by taking. Estrella was released on a $5,000 bond.

Robert Harrison Marshall, 48, of 2400 Hidden Lake Circle, Columbia, Tenn., was arrested on Aug. 4, and charged with a probation violation.

Michelle Crutcher, 28, of 111 Robin Lane, Rossville,, was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with deposit account fraud. Crutcher was released on $1,500 bond.

Kenneth Dewayne Cain, 57, of 4107 8th Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with theft by taking, and burglary. Cain was released on a $7,500 bond.

Arvin Lawayne Bass, 58, of 641 Pickett Road, Signal Mountain, Tenn., was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with aggravated stalking.

Teresa Annette Johnson, 49, of 18 Campbell Drive, Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with parole violation.

Robert Lee Moore, 27, of 79 Ken Lane, Ringgold,, was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with parole violation.

Dennis William Bryson Jr., 40, of 1638 Keeble St., East Ridge, Tenn., was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with three counts of theft by taking. Bond was set at $15,000.

Antonio Deshun Harris, 33, of 86 Shady Place, Ringgold,, was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with theft by shoplifting. Bond was set at $2,500.

Mattie Elizabeth Ramson, 51, of 18 Georgian Court, Ringgold,, was arrested on Aug. 6, and charged with shoplifting, two counts of obstruction, disorderly conduct, simple battery, and public intoxication. Bond has been set at $16,500.

Terry Bradford Dyer, 34, of 8804 Heathfield Drive, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested on Aug. 6, and charged with sodomy and child molestation.

Tansi Annette Prichard, 38, of 2089 McCallie Ferry Road, Soddy Daisy, Tenn., was arrested on Aug. 6, and charged with sodomy and child molestation.
