The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during Dec. 28, 2012, to Jan. 3, 2013, answered 1,177 calls, including 63 that were booked on a total of 129 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Kayla Nicole Berry, 23, of 80 Vicki Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 28 for probation violation. Berry was released with probation being reinstated.

Brittany Lea Defoor, 26, of 984 Debbie Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Dec. 28 for probation violation.

Joseph Lee Hollifield Jr., 36, of 190 Glade Road, Rossville, was arrested Dec. 28 for false imprisonment and battery under the family violence act. Hollifield was released on $7,500 bond.

Eddie Eugene Smithey, 57, of 203 McAfee Road, Rossville, was arrested Dec. 30 for false imprisonment, simple assault under the family violence act, simple battery under the family violence act and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers. Smithey was released on $8,000 bond.

Justin Tyler Brown, 27, of 1358 McCleland Ave., East Point, Tenn., was arrested Dec. 31 for party to a crime of burglary second degree, party to a crime of criminal attempt to commit burglary second degree and possession of tools for the commission of a crime. Bond has been set at $13,500. Brown remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Joshua Lee Edmondson, 26, of 33 Eaton Circle, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Dec. 28 for bond surrender on eight counts of financial transaction card fraud and financial identity theft. Bond has been set at $12,500.

Justin Daniel Hostetler, 37, of 380 Martin Luther King Blvd. Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Dec. 28 for probation violation.

Michael Eugene Skidmore, 52, of 247 Jolley Lane Rockwood, Tenn., was arrested Dec. 28 for probation violation.

Justin Wade Dean, 26, of 106 S Stovall St., Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 1 for possession of Schedule IV Drugs and drugs to be kept in original container. Bond has been set at $6,500.

Marty Dewayne Hall, 22, of Hunter Hills Trailer Park, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 1 for theft by taking. Hall was released on $5,000 bond.

Carla Rena Hampton, 33, of 31 Harrington Lane, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 1 for probation violation and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers.

Michael Anthony Smith, 36, of 14 Willow St., Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 1 for possession of Schedule IV drugs, crossing state or county guard lines with weapons, intoxicants or drugs, drugs to be kept in original container, two counts of battery under the family violence act, two counts of cruelty to children third degree, obstruction or hindering a 911 call and disorderly conduct. Bond has been set at $22,500.

Austin Ryan Taylor, 18, of 507 Mohawk St., Rossville, was arrested Jan. 1 for theft by deception and bond surrender for theft by shoplifting. Taylor was released on $6,350 bond.

Andrew Roy Thomason, 21, of 102 S Varnell Road Tunnel Hill, was arrested Jan. 2 for probation violation.

Alexandria Lacy Coette Lyle, 19, of 42 Big Creek Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 3 for theft by taking, bond surrender for possession of Schedule II drugs, drugs to be kept in original container and possession of drug related objects. Bond has been set at $25,000.
