Chappells honored on 60th wedding anniversary

Bobby and Millie Chappell of LaFayette recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a surprise four-day trip to Pigeon Forge, Tenn., along with their daughters Beth (Milford) Morgan, Karen (Ken) Stoker and Cheryl (Dale) Wilson. The Chappells grandchildren also joined the celebration, including Cheribeth (Bob) Swanson, Ben Stoker, Grady Wilson, Liza Morga and Mary Wilson. The Chappells enjoy their retirement as active participants in their community after serving 43 years in education in northwest Georgia. They are members of First Baptist Church of LaFayette.
