Dalton State “Lunch & Learn” to feature panel discussion on economy

Dr. Larry Johnson, interim dean of the Dalton State School of Business, will moderate a panel discussion on the economy at an upcoming Dalton State Lunch & Learn on Oct. 4 at noon at Dalton State’s James E. Brown Center.

Panelists for the session will include Brian Anderson, president and CEO, Greater Dalton Chamber of Commerce; David Jolly, president and CEO, J&J Industries; and Bryan McAllister, vice president for finance, Brown Industries. Panelists will deliver their perspectives on the local economic climate and will provide insights into regional, state and national economic conditions.

“We are excited about this opportunity to showcase our School of Business as well as Dalton State’s partnerships with local business and industry,” said David Elrod, director of institutional advancement for Dalton State. “Dr. Johnson’s professional expertise on economic matters, combined with the unique insights of local business leaders, will afford attendees some good perspective in which to view multiple facets of our economic environment.”
