LaFayette Middle drops opener at Heritage

The LaFayette Middle School football team dropped their season opener at Heritage on Thursday, falling to the Generals, 22-14.

Quarterback Logan Teasley accounted for 120 total yards for the Ramblers to go with a touchdown pass and a conversion run.

KaDarrin Ramsey rushed for 60 yards and hauled in a 25-yard TD from Teasley. T.J. Dixon ran for 50 yards and a touchdown while collecting 25 yards in receiving.

LaFayette (0-1) will host Rossville (1-0) on Thursday.
