Walker County authorities said they found marijuana hidden in a baby’s crib when they searched a residence in Rock Spring on Tuesday.

According to Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson:

On Tuesday, Sept. 29, the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force served a search warrant at a residence at 1597 Straight Gut Road in Rock Spring.

During the search, drug enforcement officers found a large amount of marijuana con-cealed in a baby’s crib at the home.

Arrested and booked at the Walker County jail were: Gina Marie Mule, 23, of 1597 Straight Gut Road, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; Eric Lebron Upshaw, 29, of 318 McSears Drive, LaFayette, charged with criminal attempt to purchase marijuana.

A third suspect — Johnny Person Jr., 21, of 1597 Straight Gut Road — fled the residence as officers arrived.

Person is wanted in Chattanooga for aggravated robbery and in Walker County for pos-session of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Two children in the house, ages 18 months and 7 years, were removed by Walker County Department of Family and Children Services and placed in foster care.

Anyone who may know the whereabouts of Person is urged to call the Walker County Sheriff's Office at 706-638-1909.
