A Rossville man has been arrested for child molestation from an incident that occurred in 2009.

According to Walker County Sheriff’s Office reports:

Joshua Daniel McLaughlin, 28, of Stateline Road, was arrested Aug. 20 for felony aggravated child molestation.

He allegedly sodomized a 6-year-old boy in February 2009.

The incident was reported to the Catoosa County Department of Family and Children’s Services on July 18. The incident allegedly occurred at a residence on Ga. 151 in LaFayette on Feb.1, 2009.

Sodomizing a 6 year old boy. What a disgusting P.O.S! I wish they would let me give him the punishment he deserves...a brutal beating then a bullet to the head!

Typical reaction.Don't wait for a trial. Just because someone accused him of it makes him Guilty so lets kill him. Glad people like you don't get jury duty.

SINCE THE LIL BOY IS 6YR OLD..I'D SAY THIS DUDE IS GUILTY WITHOUT A TRIAL...SO I AGREE WITH GATORFAN ALL BUT THE BULLET IN HIS HEAD. THAT WOULD BE TOO EASY A SENTENCE...GO TO PRISON AND SEE WHAT THE REAL BOYS DO TO HIM...JUST SAYIN"
