Dana Phillips, 38, of 1229 Browns Ferry Road, Chattanooga, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of financial transaction card fraud second offense and forgery third offense.

Rickey Talley, 52, of 1640 Fernwood Circle, Chattanooga, was arrested Jan. 3 on a charge of shoplifting.

Dana Pruitt, 39, of 1640 Fernwood Circle, Chattanooga, was arrested Jan. 3 on a charge of shoplifting.

Lester Hixson, 49, of 365 Trace Lane, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 3 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and expired registration.

Kurt Herston, 33, of 113 Evergreen Lane, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 3 on charges of battery and criminal trespass.

Jerry Card, 46, of 82 Clover Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 4 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, driving while license suspended or revoked, violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act, drugs not in original container and theft by bringing stolen property into state.

Michelle Lux, 36, of 15806 Alabama Highway, Rock Springs, was arrested Jan. 4 on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Michael Rankin, 44, of 1415 East 48th St., Chattanooga, was arrested on charges of theft by shoplifting and disorderly conduct.

Duvall Curtis, 39, of 405 Mt. Vernon Drive, Calhoun, was arrested Jan. 4 on a warrant.

Ronnie Medford, 35, of Delores Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 4 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving in violation of condition of permit, failure to maintain lane and taillights required.

Sara Deming, 21, of 9996 Smith Morgan Road, Soddy Daisy, was arrested Jan. 4 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and tag light.

Clarence Crump, 47, of 66 Rocky Ford Road, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

Bridget Cabrera, 27, of 187 Karen Drive, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of failure to obey traffic control device and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Brennan Cantrell, 25, of 390 Jays Way, Ringgold, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and failure to obey traffic control device.

Brandon Reifinger, 22, of 316 Creekshire Drive, Signal Mountain, was arrested Jan. 5 on a charge of drinking and disorderly.

Ryan Young, 20, of 24745 Northea Drive, South Bend, Ind., was arrested Jan. 6 on charges of driving under the influence of multiple substances and underage consumption.

Walter Thomas, 45, of 6504 Harvest Run, Harrison, was arrested Jan. 6 on charges of possession of schedule 1 drugs, possession of schedule 4 drugs, driving while license suspended or revoked and taillight requirements.

Lester Chastain, 28, of 804 North Tibbs Road Apt. 74, Dalton, was arrested Jan. 7 on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked.

Robbie Mayberry, 30, of 113 Church St., Chickamauga, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to dim headlights and probation violation.

Ashley Foss, 28, of 7260 Igou Ferry Road, Harrison, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of possession of meth and seatbelt violation.

Michael Boyd, 35, of 31 Hosta Lane, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 8 on charges of driving on suspended license and failure to maintain lane.

Darrel Gravitt, 27, of 4450 Highway 157, Rising Fawn, was arrested Jan. 8 on charges of operating vehicle without a valid tag, driving while license suspended or revoked and no proof of insurance.

Jason Robinson, 32, of 554 Flagstone Drive, Rossville, was arrested Jan. 9 on a warrant.

Janice Rakestraw, 51, of 628 Tunnel Hill Road, Cleveland, was arrested Jan. 7 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Erica Waters, 26, of 628 Tunnel Hill Road, Cleveland, was arrested Jan. 7 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Jennifer Lackhouse, 23, of 68 Jennie Lane, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of driving under the influence, possession of Schedule IV drug, violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act and drugs not in original container.

Ariss Springs, 25, of 4713 Bonny Oaks Drive, Apt. 2315, Chattanooga, was arrested Jan. 9 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Dustin Moore, 20, of 1830 Fant Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of theft by shoplifting, possession of marijuana and pedestrian under the influence.

Calvin Morton, 18, of 312 Forest Road, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of theft by shoplifting, underage consumption and pedestrian under the influence.
