According to the Georgia State Patrol, the driver of the GMC Envoy failed to stop at a stop sign on U.S. 411 and struck a tractor-trailer traveling east on GA 136. The front seat passenger and right rear seat passenger, identified only as juvenile males, were killed. The driver, who has not been identified, was the mother of the two children killed, according to the state patrol.
