Each of the Cherokee Regional Library System’s branch libraries in Rossville, Chickamauga and LaFayette will have a collection area at the customer service desk for new and unwrapped gifts donated for the children in the community this Christmas.

New toy donations will be accepted through the end of business Dec. 15.

Bruce Coker, the coordinator of the Stocking Full of Love campaign, will pick up the toys dropped off at the libraries and make sure they reach the over 2,000 children on the list this year. The children needing Christmas toys range in age from 1-14 years old, according to the Walker County Sheriff’s Department.
