The number of eateries in the city of Ringgold increased by one today, with the re-opening of KFC, which like many businesses was heavily damaged by the April 27 tornado. “It’s nice to have another option for lunch,” said Ringgold resident Michael Barnes. “There hasn’t been much to choose from along Alabama Highway other than Wendy’s, so it’s good that Taco Bell and KFC up and running again.” The store officially re-opened at 10 a.m.
