Mitch Chow, a senior swimmer of the Ringgold swim team, waits for the relay exchange in the medley relay in the Tigersharks' final dual meet of the season on Monday, July 9 against visiting Stuart Heights. Ringgold, along with the Fort Oglethorpe Marlins, will compete on July 13-14 in the City Meet at the Arlene Crye Pool in Fort Oglethorpe.
