The following results include all precincts, as well as early and absentee votes. These are results for contested races that involve only Walker County voters. Contested races that involve other counties – such as the race for district attorney of the Lookout Mountian Judicial Circuit, which involves Walker, Catoosa, Chattooga and Dade counties – are not included here. Also, the local TSPLOST vote, which involves Walker and 14 other counties in northwest Georgia, is not included here. These are the results from the Republican ballot; Walker County had no local-only contested races on the Democratic ballot.

Bebe told the Chattanooga Times-Free Press that she did not see the close contest between herself and Shaw as a sign of dissatisfaction with her job as commissioner. Good ol Bebe, disconnected from the public.

At least LU bothers to report things worth thinking about. Even if they aren't always right. LU is the only reason I know anything about what's going on in LaFayette. LU encourages thought and encourages readers to do more research if they doubt a story.
