Four people were injured and a van overturned in three-vehicle wreck this morning in Rossville.

According to trooper Jason Buckner with the Georgia State Patrol post in LaFayette:

About 7 a.m., a 1999 Dodge Caravan was traveling west on Ga. 2A through the intersection at Hogan Road when it collided with a 2005 BMW 745 heading north that had run a red light at the intersection.

The minivan hit the rear end of the BMW, spun 180 degrees and rolled over onto the passenger side. The car also spun and careened into a Buick Century that was stopped on the north end of the intersection.

The driver and a passenger from the minivan were taken to Erlanger hospital in Chattanooga, along with the drivers from the other two vehicles.

The four had a variety of injuries but were believed to be stable when transported from the scene. Their conditions were not immediately available.
