COMMUNITY · Auditions for the Chattanooga Theatre Centre musical production “Annie” will be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, in the Circle lobby. Auditions for the adult roles in the musical are being held on the same days at 7:30 p.m. Call backs will be held Thursday, Oct. 4. Canine auditions for the role of Sandy will be held in November. The holiday musical will be staged Dec. 7- 23. All actors should be prepared to sing a song that will be taught to them by the music director. They may also be asked to move through some dance steps, so dress appropriately. Actors will be asked to read (script) during the Oct. 4 call backs. COMMUNITY · Friends of the Rossville Library Big Fall Book Sale starts at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 2, and continues through Saturday, Oct. 6. Book sale hours are the same as the library’s business hours. Prices range from 10 cents to $2.

COMMUNITY · Parkridge will hold a female-focused dinner and physician panel discussion on women’s health at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, at the Diagnostic Center adjacent to the Parkridge Medical Center campus. The symposium panel of specialists includes a cardiologist, general surgeon, colorectal surgeon, gynecologist, family medicine physician, radiologist, and oncologists.
