The victim told police he returned to the residence he was renovating to find that someone had entered the locked kitchen door and stole multiple items from within the home.
There was no damage to the door or door frame, which is why the victim told police that he believes the offender(s) used a credit card or similar object to slide open the door jamb.
A witness stated that he saw two white males in a black pickup truck pull up to the residence and load numerous items into the bed of the vehicle.

Two air compressors, three ladders, and a roll of aluminum flashing were reported stolen during the incident.
The total estimated value of the stolen property is $2,394.
