COMMUNITY · Chattanooga Arboretum and Nature Center will hold its 13th annual Festival of the Jack O’Lanterns Saturday, Oct. 27, from 2-9 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 28, from 1-7 p.m. Enjoy animal presentations, guided hikes and canoe trips down historic Lookout Creek.
