William Knight, 46, of 3447 Cagle Road, Chattanooga, was arrested Oct. 12 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, failure to maintain lane and obstruction of an officer.

Jacob Pemberton, 19, of 2559 Highway 41, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 12 on a charge of public drunk.

Datra Owens, 22, of 1238 Cypress St., Chattanooga, was arrested Oct. 13 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Allison Headrick, 18, of 176 Morning Glory Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Oct. 13 on a charge of shoplifting.

Kelci Griffith, 19, of 4130 Caine Lane, Chattanooga, was arrested Oct. 13 on charges of driving while unlicensed and obscured tag.

Steven Groce, 20, of 4130 Caine Lane, Chattanooga, was arrested Oct. 13 on a charge of permitting unlawful operation of a vehicle.
