The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during Feb. 1-7, answered 1,304 calls, including 67 that were booked on a total of 155 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Roger Gene Hayes, 33, of 284 Bent Tree Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 2 for felony battery under the family violence act.

Foster Branton Smith, 24, of 92 Oakwood Place Drive, Rossville, was arrested Feb. 2 for possession of Schedule IV drugs, drugs to be kept in original container, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving on wrong side of roadway, improper turn, weaving, taillight violation and failure to obey traffic control devices. Smith was released on $14,500 bond.

Michael Chase Chapman, 21, of 411 Rolling Hills Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 4 for probation violation.

Marcus Fay Gordy, 27, of 3215 Houston Valley Road, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 4 for two counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, child molestation and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

Brandon Edward Jackson, 25, of 14 McLemore Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 4 for terroristic threats and acts, aggravated battery and cruelty to children first degree. Bond has been set at $15,000.

Tiffany Renee Workman, 22, of 143 Champagne Circle, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 4 for terroristic threats and acts, aggravated assault against a law enforcement officer, three counts of obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers, simple battery, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving on revoked or suspended license and weaving. Workman was released on $31,000 bond.

Shauna Christine Wortman, 31, of 57 Cambridge Circle, Rossville, was arrested Feb. 4 for probation violation.

Jonathan Cole Collins, 18, of 181 Vittetoe Road, Chickamauga, was arrested Feb. 5 for theft by taking. Bond has been set at $5,000.

Bobby Lewis Elkins III, 26, of 21 Pegram Circle, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested Feb. 5 for probation violation.

Kenneth Steven Ford, 18, of 441 E Teems Road, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 5 for terroristic threats and acts, battery on school teacher or other school personnel, battery and disruption of public school. Bond has been set at $12,500.

James Lebron Hodge, 50, of 4118 13th Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Feb. 5 for probation violation.

David Alvin Lollar, 37, of 144 Leland Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 5 for possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of marijuana less than one ounce. Lollar was released on $7,000 bond.

Kevin Thomas Massengale, 25, of 204 Everglade Blvd, Rossville, was arrested Feb. 5 for cruelty to children first degree. Bond has been set at $5,000. Massengale remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Phillip Lamar Rockholt, 45, of 155 Summit Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 5 for two counts of forgery first degree, false statements in matters within jurisdiction of the state, theft by receiving stolen property, driving on revoked or suspended license, proof of insurance required, operation of vehicle without valid tag and affixing or removing license plate to conceal vehicle id. Bond has been set at $18,600.

James Allen Spivey, 49, of 45 Cowan Lane, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Feb. 6 for enticing a child for indecent purposes and child molestation. Bond has been set at $20,000.

Jeffery Ferrell Wooten, 41, of 1087 Engel Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Feb. 6 for two counts of possession of Schedule IV drugs, drugs to be kept in original container, open container and duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident. Wooten was released on $12,000 bond.

Corey Lebron Hargis, 24, of 162 Lillian Drive, Rossville, was arrested Feb. 7 for possession of Schedule II drugs with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug related objects, drugs to be kept in original container, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, suspended registration, weaving, no tag light, proof of insurance required and hold for Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office. Bond has been set at $22,900.

Brandon Jay Morcombe, 28, of 6640 Hwy 136 East, Trenton, was arrested Feb. 7 for probation violation.

Mitchell Dayne Peters, 25, of 167 Appaloosa Drive, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Feb. 7 for bench warrant and bond surrender for two counts of child molestation and aggravated sexual battery.

Carson Stanley Pray, 17, of 371 Mel McDaniel Road, Ringgold, was arrested Feb. 7 for burglary first degree, entering an auto, financial transaction card theft and probation violation.

Joseph Thornton, 58, of 2005 Cleveland Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Feb. 7 for probation violation.
