A Rossville teen was arrested following a domestic altercation that injured two people.

According to the Walker County Sheriff’s Office:

Wendell Stanley Sisk of Dodge Street was arrested for battery and aggravated assault on March 8. He was released on $500 bond.

At approximately 8:30 p.m., an argument between two females occurred.

Sisk became involved in the argument with one of the females.

According to witness statements, Sisk grabbed the woman from behind and shoved her into a wall, which split her lip.

The female’s roommate overheard the incident, grabbed a baseball bat and confronted Sisk on the front porch in an attempt to help the woman. He swung the bat to make Sisk back up from the woman.

Sisk responded with another bat, swinging it at the neighbor and striking him on top of his head. The male victim sustained a cut that bleed, but he and the woman refused medical treatment.
