The city of Ringgold will host its 30th annual 1890s Day Jamboree this weekend.

The event will feature more than 100 food, arts and crafts booths, fireworks, live music on multiple stages, contests, a parade, a classic car show and much more.

It will take place in downtown Ringgold from Cleveland Street to the Depot, beginning Friday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 11 a.m.

1890s Day Jamboree and its events will be free to the public, but purchases made will be through “E-Z Token” exchange booths, which can be found all over the event.

All vendor booths are currently full, but spots are available for the Saturday morning parade.

There is not a designated parking area for the event, but event coordinators say parking can be found on LaFayette Street, at Ringgold High School and in surrounding areas within walking distance of the event.
