Each spring LaFayette Academy invites the fifth graders from Gilbert, Naomi, North LaFay-ette and Rock Spring Elementary to tour the LaFayette Middle School Sixth Grade Academy campus. Walking the halls and visiting classrooms gives rising sixth graders a preview of the school they will attend in the fall. Visiting students observe classes, meet teachers and staff and have the opportunity to ask questions about the transition from fifth to sixth grade.
