Arrests

Laura Lucille Dube, 46, of 207 Warren St., Rossville, was arrested on Aug. 14 and charged with probation violation.

Robert E. Lee Wiley, 23, of 229 Hang Hollow Road, Chickamauga, was arrested on Aug. 15 and charged with bench warrant. The warrant was vacated and Wiley released.

Tavarius Hicks, 23, of 158 Eastview Lane, Ringgold, was arrested on Aug. 15 and charged with aggravated assault (under the Family Violence Act). Bond is set at $2,500.

Leroy Leonard Morgan, 50, of 134 Creeksbend Drive Ringgold, was arrested on Aug. 17 and charged with aggravated stalking.

Courtney William Parker, 30, of 2781 Burning Bush Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Aug. 18 and charged with terroristic threats. Parker was released on a $10,000 bond.

Caleb Calvin Powell, 20, of 18 Bent Tree Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Aug. 18 and charged with a probation violation.

Jerry Daniel Brown, 28, of 36 Mcotis Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, was arrested on Aug. 18 and charge with a probation violation.

Lonnie Eugene Cooper, 37, of 1654 Holcomb Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charge with a parole violation.

Jerry Wayne Bolton, 21, of 670 Anderson Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charge with a probation violation.

Sean Robert Grooms, 29, of 132 Mountain Creek Drive, Marietta, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charge with a parole violation.

Tammy Sue Harris, 41, of 17 Deakins Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charge with manufacturing marijuana and possession of Schedule IV drugs. Harris was released on a $10,000.

James Edward Harris Jr., 43, of 17 Deakins Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charge with manufacturing marijuana. Harris was released on a $5,000 bond.

Carl David Higdon, 39, of 5110 St Elmo Avenue, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested on Aug. 19 and charge with three counts of forgery and five counts of bad checks. Higdon was released on an $18,000 bond.

Amanda Marie Adair, 32, of 1010 Wilson Road, Rossville, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs, drugs not in original container, and shoplifting. Bond has been set at $17,500.

Kristina Heather Cox, 31, of 1010 Benson Drive, Blairsville, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with failure to appear and probation violation.

Toshia LaRay Smith, 30, of 3106 E. 32nd St., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with theft by bringing stolen property into state, theft by receiving stolen property, giving false information, and criminal damage to property. Bond is set at $41,000.

Heather Michelle Oakes, 21, of 8805 Pine Road, Ooltewah, Tenn. was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with theft by bringing stolen property into state, criminal damage to property, theft by receiving stolen property. Bond is set at $12,500.

Tamia Leshai Smith, 19, of 9811 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with theft by bringing stolen property into state, criminal damage to property, theft by receiving stolen property. Bond is set at $12,500.

Christopher Simmons Wright, 33, of 51 Lilac Lane, Rossville, was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with theft by shoplifting. Bond is set at $2500.

Joe Henderson, 32, of 8652 Wandering Way, Ooltewah, Tenn. was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with theft by taking. Bond is set at $5,000.

Chad Lee Burnette, 23, of 1320 Mayfield Lane, Chattanooga, Tenn. was arrested on Aug. 20 and charge with parole violation.
