Former Lady Tigers' softball standout Alisha Brock is at the top of her game.

The 2003 Ringgold High School graduate and Reinhardt College sophomore was named the Southern States Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week. The 5-foot-6 catcher/outfielder went 4 for 7 last week with a 1.286 slugging average.

At Ringgold, she led team for four years on the diamond under former coach Hazel Brown, before signing an athletic scholarship with Young Harris.

Brock then transfered to Reinhardt in Waleska, where she recently recorded the first ever home run in school history.

Defensively, she has allowed no stolen bases this year
