Thomas and Delia (Pike) Bolling of Wesley Chapel, Fla., joyfully announce the engage-ment of their daughter, Linda Emilie Bolling, to Jeffrey Scott McCowan, of Jackson, Tenn., and also of the Tampa Bay area.

The bride elect the sister of Mark Bolling, of Tampa, and of Sonia Bolling Vincenti, of Spotsylvania, Va. She is the granddaughter of Rachel Pike Bartlett of LaFayette, and the late Frank (Buster) Pike, and of the late Erik and Beth Bolling, both of Copenhagen, Denmark, and Pennsylvania. She is a 2000 graduate of Brooke Point High School in Stafford, Va., and a 2003 graduate of Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Va. She is a 2010 MBA Candidate at the University of South Florida. Linda is assistant to the Director of T-Mobile’s Financial Center in Tampa.

The future groom is the son of Susan McCowan Durfee of Jackson, Tenn., and the late Gary McCowan. He is the brother of MaryJo McCowan Howard of Jackson, of Jon McCowan of El Paso, Texas, and Jared McCowan of Tampa, Fla. He is the grandson of Joseph and Elaine Wiesner of Columbia, Mo., and of Katherine June McCowan of Moberly, Mo., and the late Robert Doyle McCowan. He is a 1997 graduate of Jackson Central-Merry High School, and a 2002 graduate of Lambuth University in Jackson, Tenn.. He also is a 2010 MBA Candidate at the University of South Florida. Jeff is the Accounting Controller for Smurfit Stone Con-tainer Corporation in Tampa.
