The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Department, during Nov. 13-19, answered 1,463 calls, including 69 that were booked on a total of 149 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Kelly Joann Lively, 36, of 29 Pegram Circle, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested on Nov. 13, for probation violation.

Daniel Anthony Brown, 18, of 123 ME Arnold Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 13, for probation violation and two counts of bond surrender.

Sam Samma, 44, of 692 Three Notch Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 14, for cruelty to children 2nd degree and battery under the family violence act. Samma was released on a $5,000 bond.

John Wesley Patterson, 27, of 28 Elaine Circle, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested on Nov. 14, for driving while unli-censed and burglary. Patterson was released on $5,500 bond.

David Eugene Hart, 28, of 465 Gail St., Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 14, for two counts of burglary. Hart was re-leased on a $10,000 bond.

Jessica Nichole Wilhoite, 20, of 28 Elaine Circle, Ft. Oglethorpe, was arrested on Nov. 14, for two counts of bur-glary, bond surrender, and two counts of criminal trespass. Bond has been set at $5,000.

Krystin Autumn Nunley, 19, of 32 Wanda Drive, East Ridge, was arrested on Nov. 14, for burglary and disorderly conduct. Nunley was released on a $6,000 bond.

Ryan Kelly Cummings, 19, of 116 Gorgtangast Road, Dover, Tenn., was arrested on Nov. 14, for entering an auto. Bond has been set at $2,500.

Nathan Scott Love, 23, of 3535 B Bennett Drive, East Ridge, was arrested on Nov. 16, for bench warrant. Love was released upon Probation Reinstatement.

Ingrid Denise Tucker, 39, of 1212 Chamberlain, Chattanooga, was arrested on Nov. 16, for probation violation and was sentenced.

Samuel Matthew Hedden, 50, Homeless, was arrested on Nov. 16, for parole violation.

Bennie Douglas Hullender, 55, of 1606 Potts Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 16, for possession of metham-phetamine with intent to distribute, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of marijuana less than an oz.

Daniel Matthew Williams, 25, of 89 A Patterson Ave., Ft Oglethorpe, was arrested on Nov. 16, for two counts of theft by taking, theft by bringing stolen property into state. Bond has been set at $10,000.

Krista Liane Stephenson, 38, of 6005 Wentworth Ave., Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 17, for Probation Violation.

Willie Virgil Lay III, 34, of 31 Sierra Lane, Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 17, for possession of marijuana less 1oz,sale of Schedule II drugs, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Edward Deshawn Miller, 26, of OHLS Ave., Chattanooga, TN, was arrested on Nov. 17, for probation violation and hold for Rossville PD.

Leo Michael Ware, 33, of 49 Holt Lane, Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 17, for possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Ware was released on a $5,000 bond.

Adrienne Penny Ware, 36, of 49 Holt Lane, Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 17, for possession with intent to dis-tribute marijuana. Ware was released on a $5,000 bond.

Jeremy Wayne Rice, 30, of 2386 Graysville Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 17, for manufacturing metham-phetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, trafficking in meth by manufacturing, possession of meth, possession of ephedrine, fugitive from another state, and hold for Hamilton county.

Chad Lebron Shadden, 18, of 2386 Graysville Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 17, for manufacturing metham-phetamine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, trafficking in meth by manufacturing, possession of meth, possession of ephedrine. no bond has been set.

Bobby Nicholas Ramsey, 17, of 132 Circle Drive, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 17, for manufacturing marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of a crime. Ramsey was released on a $7,500 bond.

James Fredrick Eady, 28, of 102 Flora Lane, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 17, for use of communication device while committing a crime and criminal attempt to purchase Schedule II drug. Eady was released on a $10,000 bond.

William Neal Lowry, 24, of 308 Trace Lane, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 17, for criminal attempt to purchase Schedule II drug. Lowry was released on a $5,000 bond.

Bobby Lynn McCully, 45, of 4719 Rolling Green Drive, Ooltewah, was arrested on Nov. 18, for aggravated stalking, and terroristic threats and acts. McCully was released on a $10,000 bond.

Jerry Layne Smith, 46, of 514 Kailors Cove Circle, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 18, for four counts of bond sur-render. Smith was released on a $10,000 bond.

Heather Anne Estermyer, 40, of 1365 Dedmon Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 18, for possession of mari-juana with intent to distribute. Bond was set at $5,000.

Cindy Lynn Lunsford, 43, of 1365 Dedmon Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 18, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Lunsford was released on a $5,000 bond.

Ashley Nicole Chandler, 22, of 245 Pinedale Drive, Trion, was arrested on Nov. 18, for probation violation.

Nancy Melinda Stinson, 41, of 187 Shields Rd Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Nov. 18, for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Trafficking Methamphetamines, Manufacturing Methamphetamines, Possession of Altered Ephedrine, and Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime. Stinson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

James Steve Powell, 51, of 187 Shields Road, Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Nov. 18, for possession of schedule ii drugs, trafficking methamphetamines, manufacturing methamphetamines, possession of altered ephedrine, and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

Drew Dillon Leonard, 20, of 949 Swanson Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 18, for possession of Schedule II drugs. Leonard was released on a $10,000 bond.

William Rheashane McHan, 19, of 696 Stewart Road, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 18, for possession of Sched-ule IV drugs. McHan was released on a $4,000 bond.

Dustin Corey Frye, 24, of 144 Sunrise Lane, Ringgold, was arrested on Nov. 18, for probation violation.

Wesley Randall Bohannon, 21, of 796 Bonds Road, Rossville, was arrested on Nov. 18, for aggravated stalking, ter-roristic threats and acts, and hold for another agency.

Richard Cecil Saddler, 29, of 1229 Dogwood Road, Tunnel Hill, was arrested on Nov. 19, for weaving, open con-tainer, duty to report an accident resulting in injury, death, or damage, and probation violation.
