Catoosa County Library celebrates 10th anniversary

The Catoosa County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, Dec. 1, recognized the 10th anniversary of the Catoosa County Public Library, which is on the Benton Place campus off Battlefield Parkway in Ringgold.
