Antique gas pump stolen from Chickamauga residence

A Chickamauga woman said someone stole an antique Shell gas pump that was bolted to concrete in an outbuilding, a black Rubbermaid tote containing horse riding equipment, and two other black totes containing camping equipment from her residence on Lail Road.

According to Walker County Sheriff’s Office reports:

On Jan. 28 at 2 a.m. the woman returned from the hospital and discovered the items missing from under her car-port and a building near the road. The woman said the gas pump must have been unbolted from the concrete floor.

The estimated value in the stolen items is $2,750.

Four-wheeler stolen from Rossville residence

A Rossville man said someone entered his property and lowered the gate on a trailer connected to his pickup truck and stole a lime-colored 2007 Artic Cat 4x4 4-wheeler that has a 700-cc electric winch on the front.

According to Walker County Sheriff’s Office reports:

On Feb. 2, sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., someone stole the four-wheeler that was on the trailer of the truck that was parked and backed up against the residence. The man said the left front fender is busted and bolted together.

The estimated value of four-wheeler is $8,000.

The Walker County Sheriff’s Office can offer a reward for information if it leads to an arrest. The reward amount is based on the na-ture of the crime(s) involved.
