“This is an exciting time as we unveil Lake WinnepeSPOOKah,” said Talley Green. “During the event, we want to give our ghosts and ghouls of all ages a chance to enjoy the haunting festivities. In addition, we’re giving back to our community by donating to the Ronald McDonald House of Chattanooga."
Celebrating 20 years, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Greater Chattanooga provides a home away from home for families of seriously ill or injured children and supports programs that improve the health, education and well-being of children. The cornerstone programs are the Ronald McDonald House, Ronald McDonald Family Room and Ronald McDonald Care Mobile.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, Lake WinnepeSPOOKah guests can save on admission with a coupon or receipt from any area McDonald’s.
“We’re open every Friday & Saturday evening in October from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. for our spook-tacular Halloween event!” said Green.
On those Fridays and Saturdays, a McDonald’s receipt will not only save guest $2 off admittance, but for every McDonald’s coupon or receipt received, Lake Winnepesaukah will donate $1 to the Ronald McDonald House of Chattanooga.
Lake WinnepeSPOOKah opens its haunting gates on Friday and Saturday evenings, October 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, and 30, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Gate admission, unlimited rides, and all special Halloween attractions are included in the special $22 admittance fee.
Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park has been recognized as one of “America’s Top Ten Family Amusement Parks” by Travel & Leisure Magazine.
