The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office, during Aug. 31-Sept.6, answered 1,453 calls, including 94 that were booked on a total of 182 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Arrests

Stacey Dewayne Beason, 34, of 359 Carol Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Sept. 7 for probation violation.

Monica Maria Dunn, 24, of 2002 E 33 St., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Sept. 7 for false statements in matters within jurisdiction of the state and Hold for Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, Tenn. Dunn was released on $2,500 bond and turned over to Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Scott Anthony Elliott, 24, of 1475 Dry Valley Road, Rossville, was arrested Sept. 7 for probation violation.

Damon Scott Guffey Jr., 20, of 3334 Lookout Lake Road, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Sept. 7 for possession of Schedule II drugs, false statements in matters within jurisdiction of the state and hold for Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department, TN. Guffey was released on $7,000 bond and turned over to Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

William Derrick Lowe, 29, of 42 Sand Stone Creek Drive, Ringgold, was arrested Sept. 7 for probation violation, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without license on person.

Nicholas Cain Wilson, 20, of 15 Worm Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Sept. 7 for probation violation.

Hollie Ann Marie Barnett, 43, of 1324 Hixson Pike, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Sept. 8 for a bench warrant for three counts of forgery first degree and two counts of theft by shoplifting. No bond has been set. Barnett remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Alexandria Lacy Coette Lyle, 19, of 42 Big Creek Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Sept. 8 for possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug related objects and drugs to be kept in original container.

David Evan Cann, 24, of 4028 Evelyn Drive, Powder Springs, was arrested Sept. 10 for a bench warrant for robbery.

Robert Eugene Combs, 39, of 48 Cross St., Rossville, was arrested Sept. 10 for possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs and drugs to be kept in original container. Combs was released on $11,000 bond.

Mark Dewayne Chambers, 35, of 948 Sherry Grace Lane, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Sept. 11 for theft by conversion. Chambers was released on $5,000 bond.

Corey Alan Gilbert, 24, of 1006 Park Lake Road, Rossville, was arrested Sept. 11 for probation violation.

William Scott Guinn, 40, of 1116 Edwin Lane, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested Sept. 11 for terroristic threats and acts. Guinn was released on $2,500 bond.

Wesley Dewayne Kennedy, 23, of 77 Trace Lane, Rossville, was arrested Sept. 11 for probation violation.

Janet Leigh Evans, 38, of 67 Ken Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Sept. 12 for manufacturing marijuana. Evans was released on $2,500 bond.

Ronald Lee McConathy, 44, of 106 Pine Grove Access, Ringgold, was arrested Sept. 12 for probation violation.

James Bryan Miller, 26, of 1335 Highland Way Hixson, Tenn., was arrested Sept. 12 for probation violation.

Eric Brian Powell, 55, of 154 Sunrise Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Sept. 12 for aggravated assault under the family violence act, aggravated battery under the family violence act and terroristic threats and acts.

Dakota Ward Guthrie, 25, of 974 Akins Road, Chickamauga, was arrested Sept. 13 for possession of Schedule I drugs, possession of Schedule III drugs, drugs to be kept in original container, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and weaving.

Lindsey Brook Howard, 30, of 619 W Garden Farm Road, Rossville, was arrested Sept. 13 for probation violation.

Tana Leiga Lee, 34, of 65 Plum Lane, Ringgold, was arrested Sept. 13 for battery under the family violence act, cruelty to children first degree and three counts of cruelty to children third degree.

Casey Ray Williams, 18, of 115 Woods Road, Tunnel Hill, was arrested Sept. 13 for burglary second degree and possession of tools for the commission of a crime. Bond has been set at $7,000.
