In Internet Explorer, you will go to the Tools menu on the bar below the address bar. The Tools choice that opens the menu may be on the right or left. When you click on Tools, the menu will open, and you will choose Internet Options at the bottom of the menu. A new window will open, and in the box at the top, you will type the address of the page you want as your home page. Then, click OK.
Now, when you start Internet Explorer or click the home button, the page you just entered the address for will appear.
In Firefox, you will go to the Tools menu and choose Options. Then, in the home page box, type in an address just like you did in Internet Explorer. Then, click OK, and you have set your home page in Internet Explorer.
Some people have Google as their home page (google.com), others use Yahoo (yahoo.com), and I use my web page as my home page (dwightwatt.com).
